What is the Springfield Cadillac experience like?

Many customers complete their purchase within a few hours, but we’re happy to move at whatever pace feels right for you.

If you’d prefer a more efficient visit, you can explore our inventory and begin the financing process online ahead of time.

What should I bring for my visit?

To help ensure everything goes smoothly, we recommend bringing:

  • A valid driver’s license
  • Proof of insurance
  • Trade-in documentation (if applicable)
  • Any additional keys for your trade-in (if applicable) 
  • A form of payment for your down payment

Coming with these items allows us to focus more on your experience and less on paperwork.

Is an appointment recommended? 

Walk-ins are always welcome, and we’re more than happy to accommodate you whenever it’s convenient! If you prefer a more structured visit, scheduling ahead can help us prepare everything in advance. 

However you’d like your buying experience to be, planned out or more spontaneous, we’re here to make it work for you.

Can I complete my Cadillac purchase from home?

Yes! We offer a flexible buying experience that allows you to start, or even complete, your purchase remotely.

You can:

  • Compare trims and features
  • Estimate your trade-in value
  • Apply for financing
  • Customize your purchase

When you’re ready, our team can assist with finalizing everything either remotely or in person.

Do you provide a delivery service?

Yes, absolutely. We offer delivery and trade-in pickup throughout Vermont and surrounding states (New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, and New York). 

If you’re located outside the region, we can coordinate transportation so your Cadillac arrives directly to you.

Can you assist if I’m purchasing from out of state or out of the region?

Absolutely. We regularly work with customers beyond our immediate area and can guide you through a fully remote purchase, including delivery arrangements and documentation.

Is it possible to reserve a vehicle?

In most cases, yes. If you’ve found a vehicle you’d like to move forward with, please reach out to confirm availability and next steps, including securing the vehicle for a short period with a deposit.
